What you will do

• Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
• Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features or enhancements.
• Participate in requirements discovery and gathering sessions with business, technology, and UX teams.
• Monitor product performance, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
• Conduct market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for product evolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the digital world.
• Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2 years in functional analysis, product analysis, or similar roles in digital, fintech, or banking environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, basic SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Intermediate English for reading and understanding technical documentation.
