Location: Remote work from anywhere

Salary: €42,000 - €56,000

What you will do

  • Design scalable backend systems and architect microservices-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain backend codebases using PHP, NodeJS, and Python
  • Leverage AI and LLM technologies to automate workflows and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams from ideation to delivery
  • Ensure high performance and scalability to handle millions of shipments monthly
  • Build with quality and implement thorough testing practices

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience in web development, backend-heavy or fullstack
  • Strong PHP knowledge (Laravel or similar); NodeJS and Python experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of system design, clean architecture, and engineering trade-offs
  • Experience working in fast-paced, distributed teams with high standards
  • Experience with SaaS products or platforms is highly valued

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML integration, LLMs, or building intelligent automation features
