Renewals Specialist (SaaS): Managing the complete renewal process for existing SMB contracts, proactively engaging with customers and collaborating with GTM teams to craft effective renewal strategies. Focus on maintaining high success rates for subscription renewals and improving forecasting accuracy.

Location: On-site in Austin, Texas. Minimum three days a week in the office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday)

What you will do

• Oversee the complete renewal process for existing contracts, engaging with customers proactively.
• Prepare and deliver accurate renewal quotes and proposals to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to craft and execute renewal strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end administrative process, from initial quoting through deal closure.
• Maintain and improve forecasting accuracy for renewals, providing reports to management.
• Actively participate in process improvements, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the software industry.
• Proactive with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Adept at managing and excelling in fast-paced, international environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM.
