- Proven experience leading global social media strategies for large, consumer-facing brands.
- Strong expertise in influencer, creator, and community-led marketing programmes.
- Track record of delivering data-driven social campaigns across international markets.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Confidence collaborating cross-functionally with product, creative, media, and agency partners.
- Genuine outdoor enthusiast; this must be clearly reflected in your CV.
