Salary: €65K – €80K

What you will do

• Lead hands-on sales by independently identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with high-volume mobile game publishers.
• Build and own go-to-market strategy, including market segmentation and target account prioritization.
• Communicate how hirify.global’s platform enables game developers to monetize existing traffic and enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to refine hirify.global’s platform offering and ensure successful integrations.
• Drive sales excellence and contribute to scaling sales processes for future growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently identifying, prospecting, engaging, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business.
• Experience with hands-on sales, including direct outreach and cold prospecting to key decision-makers at mobile game studios.
• Ability to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies, leveraging market data to prioritize high-potential publishers.
• Strong ability to initiate and nurture pre-sales relationships with potential game publishers.
• Experience working with or selling to mid-to-large mobile game studios.
• Experience in gaming or ad tech sales is a big plus.
