What you will do
- Plan and design testing and measurement strategies based on best practices to achieve business objectives.
- Master data extraction, manipulation, and aggregation across enterprise-level systems and large datasets.
- Apply foundational statistical concepts and deep expertise in digital marketing attribution and incrementality measurement.
- Generate compelling and insightful analysis, driving meaningful actions and data visualization best practices.
- Actively refine skills, research industry best practices, and contribute to team knowledge development.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering).
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst delivering sustained business impact.
- Expertise in data extraction and analysis using SQL, Python, Scala, and R.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards with industry-leading BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Looker).
- Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of Retail, CPG, digital measurement, and consumer insights.
Nice to have
- Certifications in data analysis and digital marketing.
- Experience working with Databricks.
