What you will do
- Implement and operate transaction monitoring surveillance models, performing model tuning for FCC.
- Develop and implement AML Analytics to identify potential financial crime activities.
- Capture, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for strategic builds.
- Conduct data sourcing, data analysis, and validate surveillance data, including mapping data across platforms.
- Perform investigative and testing reviews of FCC's controls and related partnered controls.
- Track project execution and document all project artifacts for compliance, model validation, regulatory, and audit purposes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior experience in an analytical role in Financial Crimes Compliance, preferably within Global Transaction Banking, Corporate Cash Management, or Payments business.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of AML and terrorist financing trends and typologies.
- Experience with AML transaction monitoring technology (e.g., Actimize, Mantas), including modern systems leveraging machine learning algorithms for detection.
- Proficiency with data analytics/visualization tools such as Data Lake, Tableau/Qliksense/Qlikview, Excel (pivots, VLookups), SQL scripts, and querying large datasets.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and independent work skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to work onsite in Richardson, Texas, United States.
