What you will do

• Implement and operate transaction monitoring surveillance models, performing model tuning for FCC.
• Develop and implement AML Analytics to identify potential financial crime activities.
• Capture, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for strategic builds.
• Conduct data sourcing, data analysis, and validate surveillance data, including mapping data across platforms.
• Perform investigative and testing reviews of FCC's controls and related partnered controls.
• Track project execution and document all project artifacts for compliance, model validation, regulatory, and audit purposes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in an analytical role in Financial Crimes Compliance, preferably within Global Transaction Banking, Corporate Cash Management, or Payments business.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of AML and terrorist financing trends and typologies.
• Experience with AML transaction monitoring technology (e.g., Actimize, Mantas), including modern systems leveraging machine learning algorithms for detection.
• Proficiency with data analytics/visualization tools such as Data Lake, Tableau/Qliksense/Qlikview, Excel (pivots, VLookups), SQL scripts, and querying large datasets.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and independent work skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to work onsite in Richardson, Texas, United States.
