TL;DR
District Partnerships Manager (EdTech): Providing proactive engagement and managing long-term retention for mid-size to large district partners, ensuring hirify.global's offerings are fully leveraged. Location: Remote. Must be based in the US with significant hours overlap with one of the Americas time zones. Travel up to 20-30% required for in-person conferences and meetings.
Compensation: $93,500–$150,000 (USD) On Target Earnings (OTE).

What you will do
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across school districts.
- Lead contract renewal processes with a strategic, consultative approach to secure timely renewals and growth opportunities.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate hirify.global's impact aligned with district goals.
- Build comprehensive, data-driven account plans for engagement, adoption, and expansion.
- Leverage adoption metrics, engagement data, and customer feedback to tailor account strategies.
- Partner with broader Success, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Account Executive teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Partnership Management, Account Management, or Renewal Management experience.
- Proven experience expanding networks within organizations to include executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience gathering referrals, closing renewals, and navigating procurement, legal, and budget processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence to understand customer goals and find workable solutions.
- Skilled in using data to inform account strategy and engagement, comfortable analyzing KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a portfolio of ~30-40 accounts.
- Experience in edtech or working on products for kids or educators.
