What you will do

• Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data accuracy and availability.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and processing exceptions, triaging with Engineering Support.
• Complete and maintain operational workflows, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, and Sales and Services to address client data inquiries.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design, test, and implement new processes and tooling features.
• Participate in broad company initiatives for new product offerings and services.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Jira, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters or other common financial services systems is preferred.
