Regional Sales Director (Public Safety)

Location: Remote within the USA, with required travel 2-3 times a month into the field to cover OH, MI, NC, TN.

Salary: $175,000 – $350,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives focused on public sector accounts.
• Manage sales representatives covering OH, MI, NC, TN, while traveling to the field.
• Implement a solution selling model and guide customers on platform adoption.
• Collaborate across departments (technology, customer success, product) to enhance Flock's offerings.
• Drive revenue growth and increase average order size within the public sector segment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of successful Enterprise or Mid-Market sales leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top sales talent.
• Consistent performance in ARR bookings, pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales framework.
• Comfortable operating in a focused strategic named account model with a strong outbound sales motion.
• Strong relationship building, discovery, deal strategy, and creative problem-solving skills.
