Solution Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with sales representatives, other solution engineers, and revenue team members to drive revenue.
• Lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs and issues.
• Produce and deliver customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept activities.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP and security questionnaire responses.
• Provide insights from the field back to product management and engineering teams.
• Contribute to best practices for POC processes and sales-to-CSM handoffs.

Requirements

• Background in pre-sales, customer success, and/or consulting, preferably for a software vendor.
• Domain expertise in data normalization for IT Asset Management.
• Experience with software license optimization.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management.
• Expertise in FinOps, Cloud Cost, Cloud Optimization, or Cloud Management.
