What you will do

• Lead the deployment and operationalization of an AI governance platform with a clear roadmap.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the AI governance platform, defining use cases and integrations.
• Develop and implement platform monitoring protocols to track KPIs and governance metrics.
• Translate emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines into practical policies and controls.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to embed regulatory requirements into the AI development lifecycle.
• Define and enforce data privacy and security standards for AI systems, mitigating risks.
• Apply Program Management principles to track and report on AI governance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards using Power BI for executive insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Technology Risk.
• 1+ year of experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, or MLOps.
• Proven ability to manage and operationalize a complex software platform (SaaS or internal enterprise).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar data visualization tools) for executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project management of complex technology initiatives.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Legal, Compliance, and/or Cybersecurity principles related to data and AI systems.
• Familiarity with major AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles).
• Technical understanding of the AI/ML and software development lifecycle.
