TL;DR

Marketing Manager, Education: Developing and improving the performance of integrated marketing initiatives that increase hirify.global revenue in the Education segment, while helping to mature our marketing processes and operations with an accent on building and executing marketing strategies for direct and indirect channels. Focus on designing to and through marketing programs that increase mindshare for hirify.global and drive Education revenue through channel partners with end customers.

Location: Full-time remote role open to multiple US locations, preferably those near a major Airport Hub due to travel requirements.

Salary: $105K and $207K dependent on location and experience.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the direct engagement and channel sales and engineering teams selling into the education segment.
  • Design a quarterly and annual marketing plan and key performance indicators, inclusive of direct and channel programs that are aligned with business priorities and sales’ objectives.
  • Work with channel partners to design marketing programs that increase hirify.global’s mindshare within the partner and drive Education revenue through the channel partner with end customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimize channel marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions that align with business objectives, including set-up, pre and post-analysis and reporting results both internally and externally.
  • Deliver a regular cadence of communications to channel partners about hirify.global’s solutions for education, including customer newsletter content, channel newsletter content, and a Public Sector Channel Summit.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in education marketing.
  • Strong track record of designing, executing, and tracking performance of digital marketing programs and events is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize the work with the biggest impact on the business.
  • Ability to champion ideas and projects across the organization, building influence to drive team members towards the common objective of growing sales revenue in their channel and region.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner using the mode (verbal, writing, or video) that is appropriate for the topic and audience. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create professional, compelling presentations, is required.
  • Unrelenting curiosity to learn, grow, and adapt.

Nice to have

  • Functional fluency in Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g. Salesforce), Partner Relationship Management tools (e.g. Impartner), and related marketing tools (such as, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace) is preferred.
  • Understanding of education technology landscape.
  • Strong copywriting and design skills will improve agility and speed of execution in this role.
