What you will do
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for strategic BD work streams supporting international expansion partnerships across the EU and UK.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new trading, banking, payments, and financial services partnerships to support hirify.global's expansion across European markets.
- Manage end-to-end partnership execution, from market analysis and strategy development to contract negotiation and implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, compliance, and product to ensure successful regional launches and ongoing partnership success.
- Navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple EU jurisdictions and the UK, ensuring partnerships are structured to meet local compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of the EU/UK financial services landscape, including emerging fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across strategic deal-oriented roles with global exposure.
- Proven track record in managing complex cross-border partnerships with banks, payment service providers, e-money institutions, or other regulated financial entities, driving successful market entry and program execution.
- Strong experience working with diverse internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal, compliance, operations) and external partners across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English; additional European language skills are a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural nuances and build strong relationships with partners across different European markets.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements with financial institutions.
