CRM Partner Manager (SaaS): Expanding and operationalizing strategic partnerships with CRM partners, focusing on Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, and driving revenue through co-selling and joint marketing programs. Focus on building relationships with CRM AEs, executing pipeline generation strategies, and serving as the internal subject-matter expert on CRM programs.

What you will do

  • Drive CRM pipeline generation through marketing activities and co-sell efforts with CRM AEs.
  • Recruit and activate CRM partner network by developing value propositions and outreach strategies.
  • Manage and execute joint account plans with CRM partner managers.
  • Update hirify.global content for internal CRM use and support events at CRM conferences.
  • Help define CRM partnership goals and KPIs.
  • Communicate strategies cross-functionally and optimize based on progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel management, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience partnering with CRMs, such as co-selling with AEs or working at a leading CRM ISV/SI.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Experience managing partner marketing programs or field-level co-marketing initiatives.
