TL;DR

End User Business Development Manager: Building a pipeline of new enterprise opportunities and managing assigned end user accounts within the UK region with an accent on driving project specification and introducing new products. Location: London, UK. This is a field-based position requiring 60% travel for visiting customers within the region.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Manage and develop assigned named end-user accounts to achieve growth targets.
  • Introduce the latest products and solutions to customers and support training for specifiers.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to determine customer needs.
  • Maintain end user and consultant details, activities, and opportunities using CRM.
  • Prepare and submit accurate forecasts regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in direct sales and/or key account management.
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
  • Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a solution selling environment specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, prioritizing, and organization skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (60%) within the region.
