Senior Lead D365 FO Developer (ERP)

Senior Lead D365 FO Developer (ERP): Operating and streamlining development organization for D365 FO solutions across EMEIA, providing technical leadership to internal and external teams. Location: Primarily office-based in EMEA with required travel to various ASSA ABLOY locations. Must be legally eligible to work in the country of hire within EMEA.

What you will do

• Operate and streamline the development organization aligned with delivery processes.
• Provide technical leadership to internal and external development team members.
• Maintain high standards of software quality in line with EMEIA ERP Development Policy.
• Deal with Development suppliers for EMEIA ERP Instances.
• Identify and detect areas for improvements within the ERP Solutions and Team.
• Implement automated deployment and testing processes.

Requirements

• Proven ERP implementation experience in large-scale environments (1000+ users).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX (2009, 2012) and D365F&SCM with at least 10 years of experience in Dynamics AX and 12+ years overall work experience.
• Hands-on experience with X++ coding and debugging, integration frameworks (AIF, DIXF), data management in D365FO, Microsoft SQL Server, .Net framework, Microsoft Integration stack (Services, Biztalk, MSMQ, Power Tools), and Dell Boomi.
• Strong knowledge of automated deployment and DevOps practices, Visual Studio Tools for Dynamics AX and X++, GITHUB, Morph X++, and Team Foundation Server.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work at various ASSA ABLOY locations throughout EMEA and travel internationally as required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
