What you will do

• Deliver technical roadmaps on business processes and applications to support business objectives, standards and processes.
• Analyze business requirements and current technical gaps needed to support business strategies and expectations.
• Play a key role in conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, and routine issue resolution.
• Communicate client feedback to technology teams in order to improve deliverables and meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of customer focus, systems thinking, and systems software infrastructure.
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, QA, or related field.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience with IaaC solutions like CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions - Github, Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience and proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python (preferred), JavaScript (preferred).
• Solid experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions such as Thousand Eyes, Grafana, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace
• Experience with QA testing principles and tools - SonarQube, Firebase, JMeter, K6, Selenium, Playwright, Lighthouse
• Background in ITIL and/or ITSM process.
• Knowledge of node.js, next.js and similar headless services
• Understanding of tracing for modern applications – opentelemetry and similar
• AWS certification associate or higher level
