What you will do

• Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
• Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components for ongoing web improvements.
• Collaborate closely with freelance HubSpot front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Contribute to tasks related to the ongoing website redesign project.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing teams to align deliverables with marketing goals.
• Produce simple video edits (cutdowns, subtitles, light adjustments) and prepare briefs for advanced motion design.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Senior Designer in a SaaS environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva; basic video editing skills required.
• Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus).
• Comfortable collaborating with developers; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced marketing team.
