What you will do

• Build and optimize index/benchmark product capabilities and production processes on the WMX platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative technical solutions for RBSL.
• Coach and train junior software engineers within the WMX team.
• Lead the delivery of critical projects, delegating and reviewing work while coaching team members.
• Advance tools and applications by producing clean and efficient code and performing code reviews.
• Work with architects to decompose solutions into Epics and lead timely design work.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of at least one popular programming language (Java, C++, or Python).
• Significant experience in a software development and delivery role.
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Asset.
• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platform.
• Familiarity with database knowledge (Postgres, Oracle preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
