What you will do

• Lead AI transfer readiness across technology, data, infrastructure, and organization.
• Create readiness scorecards and gap analyses, owning go/no-go decisions and prioritized remediation plans for solution transfer.
• Align roadmaps and embed agentic capabilities into enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate closely with enterprise architecture to ensure standards compliance and build shared agent infrastructure.
• Drive and facilitate transfer ceremonies, translating build-phase decisions into transfer implications and surfacing risks early.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical program management, platform or data & AI engineering, enterprise architecture, or change management.
• Strong ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
• Solid understanding of data and AI platform concepts, enterprise integration patterns, and API fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms, governance, and foundational requirements for AI/ML systems.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to lead discussions, drive decisions, and align senior stakeholders.
