Что делать

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of HR Ops processes in all countries of presence, including onboarding, offboarding, HR record keeping, vacations, contracts, status changes, and HR reporting.
  • Develop and implement unified HR operation standards at the global level, considering local specifics.
  • Select, configure, and implement an HRIS system (Zoho People / PeopleForce or an alternative).
  • Manage HRIS integrations with other corporate systems (ATS, analytical dashboards, financial and operational tools).
  • Coordinate local HR specialists and ensure a unified approach to HR processes across countries.
  • Prepare L&D documentation for roles and teams (guidelines, instructions, SOPs, training materials).

Требования

  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Administration.
  • Experience participating in transformational or large-scale operational projects.
  • Practical experience with HRIS systems (Zoho People, PeopleForce, or similar).
  • Experience conducting HR process audits and subsequent standardization.
  • Strong process thinking and system thinking skills.
  • High level of independence, responsibility, and structural thinking.

  • Experience automating HR processes or working with low-code / no-code tools.
  • Basic skills in HR analytics and working with dashboards.
  • Experience building L&D processes or internal academies.
  • Understanding of the legal aspects of HR processes in different countries.
  • Experience coordinating between global and local teams.
