- Conduct a comprehensive audit of HR Ops processes in all countries of presence, including onboarding, offboarding, HR record keeping, vacations, contracts, status changes, and HR reporting.
- Develop and implement unified HR operation standards at the global level, considering local specifics.
- Select, configure, and implement an HRIS system (Zoho People / PeopleForce or an alternative).
- Manage HRIS integrations with other corporate systems (ATS, analytical dashboards, financial and operational tools).
- Coordinate local HR specialists and ensure a unified approach to HR processes across countries.
- Prepare L&D documentation for roles and teams (guidelines, instructions, SOPs, training materials).
Требования
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Administration.
- Experience participating in transformational or large-scale operational projects.
- Practical experience with HRIS systems (Zoho People, PeopleForce, or similar).
- Experience conducting HR process audits and subsequent standardization.
- Strong process thinking and system thinking skills.
- High level of independence, responsibility, and structural thinking.

- Basic skills in HR analytics and working with dashboards.
- Experience building L&D processes or internal academies.
- Understanding of the legal aspects of HR processes in different countries.
