What you will do

• Prototype quickly to prove technical feasibility and value.
• Transition promising proofs of concept into scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid background in statistics and deep understanding of AI/ML.
• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships or projects.
• Basic experience integrating AI models or LLMs (e.g., Prompting, Evaluation, Observability).
• Strong programming skills in Python with modern ML frameworks (langchain, scikit, pytorch, tensorflow, huggingface).
• English: C1+ required for excellent communication (spoken & written).
