GTM Operations (Sales Operations): Building and optimizing the operational framework for hirify.global's senior Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to scale enterprise accounts, with an accent on CRM management, data-driven reporting, and automation. Focus on driving commercial and financial insights, operationalizing go-to-market programs, and enhancing performance through pragmatic AI solutions.

Location: Must be based in London or Zurich. Swiss or EU citizenship is required.

hirify.global is an ETH Zurich spin-off revolutionizing real estate with its Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI) software, embedding AI to decarbonize buildings while optimizing financial performance.

What you will do

  • Design, operate, and maintain CRM and toolkit that steers buyer/seller behavior and improves deal quality.
  • Deliver cross-functional reporting (Commercial and Finance) and root-cause insights to improve sales conversion and forecasting.
  • Enable repeatable outbound and ABM plays that generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Maintain the sales collateral library and enablement materials to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Introduce AI/automation and enhance the toolkit for the department.
  • Execute and coordinate short, high-impact cross-functional projects and support data hygiene programs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Revenue or GTM Operations / Sales Operations / Sales Enablement / Commercial Analytics at a B2B SaaS company (Series A–B or high growth).
  • Hands-on CRM experience (preferably HubSpot), strong Excel/Sheets skills and BI tooling.
  • Proven experience in adoption and execution of AI tools for sales & marketing enablement.
  • Demonstrated relentlessly diligent, reliable, and entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of projects end-to-end.
  • Swiss or EU citizenship is required at current company size.

  • Relevant work experience in Real Estate.
  • German proficiency.
