What you will do

• Manage content projects and the creation process of training content for the mobile application.
• Formulate detailed technical tasks for the content team.
• Communicate effectively with the team to align on deadlines and resolve challenges.
• Structure, organize, and visualize information in Google Sheets.
• Ensure the high quality of the final product.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in project management in a commercial or non-profit setting.
• Strong communication and self-organization skills, including task structuring and prioritization.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and take initiative in finding solutions.
• English: B2 or higher, with confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and other tools for structuring and visualizing information.
• Interest in health, fitness, and an active lifestyle.

Nice to have

• Experience working with training content (e.g., blogs, mobile apps, sports clubs).
• Basic knowledge and skills in Jira.
• Experience in coaching or systematic sports activities.
• Experience with texts (English).
