What you will do

• Create high-quality marketing visuals across various channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
• Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components as part of ongoing web improvements.
• Collaborate closely with a freelance HubSpot front-end developer to support page-building and implementation accuracy.
• Coordinate frequently with other designers to balance workloads, provide feedback, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing teams to support campaign asset needs.
• Use and update the marketing design system in Figma, applying reusable components and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Senior Designer, specifically in a SaaS environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva, with basic video editing skills required.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers.
• Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced marketing team.

Nice to have

• Motion design skills and tools.
• Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus).
• HubSpot experience.
