What you will do
- Own and drive marketing effectiveness across channels, brands, and markets.
- Build and evolve marketing mix models in close collaboration with the analytics team.
- Design and steer multi-touch attribution approaches to understand channel contribution to revenue.
- Provide clear, actionable ROI insights across key channels (e.g., Google, Social, Apple Store, TV, CRM).
- Lead global marketing performance reporting and ensure one clear narrative for leadership.
- Support data-driven budget allocation, including AI-based marketing spend optimisation.
Requirements
- Proven senior experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and/or marketing mix modelling (5+ years).
- Strong business mindset with the ability to influence decisions through data.
- Hands-on experience building or running attribution or MMM models.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics in a clear and simple way.
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Very good command of English.
Nice to have
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, classifieds, or other data-driven businesses.
- STEM-related background.
- German language skills.
