Senior IAM Subject Matter Expert (SailPoint IdentityIQ): Expanding and increasing the maturity of a centralized Identity Governance & Administration platform based on SailPoint IdentityIQ, with an accent on integrating cloud environments and standardizing identity and access management processes. Focus on driving enhancement initiatives, documenting requirements, and ensuring the delivery of robust IAM solutions.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900–1150 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Expand coverage and functionality of SailPoint IdentityIQ within an Agile team.
• Drive stakeholder meetings to implement various enhancement initiatives.
• Capture and document development requirements, writing user stories and process documents.
• Test developed features and verify & monitor deliverables in production.
• Contribute to increasing the maturity of IAM solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ features and functionalities.
• Understanding and experience applying centralized IGA, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ, to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Entra ID, Google).
• IAM process knowledge, including Identity life-cycle, SoD, Certifications, and Access request processes.
• Understanding of IAM good practices and principles.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• Testing experience.
• Fluent English language required.
• Ability to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM solutions other than SailPoint IdentityIQ.
