What you will do

• Provide L1 and L2 application support.
• Utilize strong SQL skills on Oracle to query and manipulate data efficiently.
• Apply working knowledge of Python for application support tasks.
• Interact effectively with different user profiles and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience providing L1 and L2 application support.
• Strong SQL skills on Oracle, with the ability to query and manipulate data efficiently.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Solid knowledge of financial products.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with different user profiles and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Fluency in French (Plus).
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)
