TL;DR
Graduate Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Responsible for data analysis and model development to address business problems. Focus on developing programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or Scala to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for insights and trends, with the potential to develop modelling skills using predictive modelling techniques and AI tooling.

- Responsible for data analysis and model development to address a range of business problems.
- Develop programming skills in Python, R, SQL or Scala to extract, manipulate and analyse data to find insights and trends.
- Develop modelling skills through applying predictive modelling techniques and leveraging the latest AI tooling to explore and understand data trends.
- Rotate around different areas to broaden your knowledge of hirify.global's business.
- Increase your understanding of data governance, data operations processes, data intelligence, implementation and standardisation or automation of analytic procedures.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the UK for the duration of the graduate programme: this role is not capable of visa sponsorship.
- A minimum 2:2 degree classification in a Bachelor's degree with a high mathematical content (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Physical Sciences or Engineering).
- To have graduated within the last three years (2024, 2025 or 2026 graduates).
- Knowledge of machine learning, computer programming (e.g. SAS, Python or R), statistical techniques or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable but not essential to the role.
