• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance product experience.
• Proactively engage with customers to drive feature adoption and renewals.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with clients.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer value realization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Utrecht, Netherlands.
