What you will do

• Deliver high-quality assurance reviews across Cyber Security, IT Change, IT Governance, and Operational Resilience.
• Evaluate control environment design and operating effectiveness.
• Apply a risk-based approach to shape audit strategies and identify emerging themes.
• Align audit work to regulatory expectations including those of the PRA and FCA.
• Communicate clearly and constructively to influence outcomes and explain risks.
• Support continuous improvement of the audit methodology, tools, and reporting practices.

Requirements

• Background in internal audit, risk, or assurance within financial services.
• Proven experience in Cyber Security, IT Change, IT Governance, and Operational Resilience audits.
• Good knowledge of cyber and/or IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO27001).
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory expectations.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CISA, CIA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
