Senior DevRel/Partner Engineer (Blockchain/FHE)

Senior DevRel/Partner Engineer (Blockchain/FHE): Maintaining and scaling developer programs, automating workflows, and improving technical documentation for FHEVM solutions with an accent on supporting developers at hackathons and live events. Focus on debugging, troubleshooting, and enabling builders to succeed with privacy-preserving smart contracts and hirify.global's stack.

Location: Possible full remote (Paris based company)

hirify.global is an open-source cryptography company building state-of-the-art Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solutions for blockchain.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global at hackathons, conferences, meetups, and workshops, providing on-site support to teams.
• Support the hirify.global developer program, including reviewing and validating bounty and builder submissions.
• Automate repetitive developer tasks through scripts, internal tooling, or process improvements.
• Provide active technical support on Discord and partner communication channels.
• Coordinate 1:1 sessions with priority ecosystem developers and partners.
• Contribute to and expand FHEVM documentation, guides, examples, tutorials, and demos.

Requirements

• Strong development skills (TypeScript, Rust, Solidity, Next.js).
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently in public settings.
• Experience winning or participating in hackathons.
• Experience: > 3 years.
• English: C1+ required.
