Enterprise Services Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Enterprise Services Engineer (Cybersecurity): Operationalizing and maintaining the hirify.global platform for federal government customers with an accent on solving complex technical issues, identifying value opportunities, and providing technical direction. Focus on endpoint security, incident response, and systems administration in large enterprise environments.

Location: Primarily Canberra based. This role involves both remote and on-site engagements and requires working from Australia.

What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global Platform.
• Identify opportunities for customers to gain greater value from the platform.
• Address customer needs through astute verbal and written communication.
• Solve customer support cases and conduct regular health-checks on assigned accounts.
• Contribute to and track activity, after-action, root cause, and daily status reports.
• Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff.

Requirements

• Security Clearance: NV1 or higher required.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT/Consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to articulate and communicate effectively.
• Broad knowledge across several technical domains, coupled with deep knowledge in Endpoint Security, Incident Response, Systems Management, Systems Administration, or Utility Scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
