Senior .NET Developer

Location: This hybrid role requires on-site presence in the office located in Adlershof, Berlin, Germany three times per week and two days remote.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software focusing on performance and availability.
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories using project methodologies.
• Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements.
• Help maintain and improve high-quality standards by sharing knowledge and conducting tech talks.
• Stay up-to-date with modern technology and obtain professional certifications.
• Support less experienced developers through training and task monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET 10.
• Strong knowledge of modern software architectures.
• Ability to lead and consult on technical design decisions.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Solid understanding of Git version control.
• Practical experience in writing and maintaining Unit Tests.
• Knowledge and application of Entity Framework and software design patterns.
• Experience working with diverse hardware systems or strong willingness to engage with them.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• English: B2 required.

• Hands-on experience with gRPC.
