Senior Motion Designer (Motion Graphics)

hirify.global is a design tool for creating websites, landing pages, portfolios, magazines, editorials, and presentations.

What you will do

• Create motion assets for ad campaigns, social media (Instagram, TikTok), YouTube, and web pages.
• Prepare animated assets to be embedded on the website, making product pages more dynamic.
• Develop and execute motion concepts including storyboards, animatics, and visual style.
• Animate both graphics and user interfaces, primarily working with initial assets in Figma.
• Adapt motion graphics for different formats and platforms.
• Create and develop a motion approach and guidelines within hirify.global's brand identity.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and editors, working closely with videographers when motion needs integration with real footage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics in creative agencies or product teams.
• Strong experience with UI animation and interface storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams and producing high-volume performance assets.
• Ownership of the end-to-end motion production cycle from concept to final delivery.
• Expert proficiency with After Effects and Figma.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D.
• Additional design skills and ability to experiment.
