What you will do

• Deeply understand customer values to translate into effective enablement programs.
• Build and train to playbooks that reinforce value and outcomes to customers.
• Develop knowledge, competencies, and job skills for team members.
• Ensure seamless content delivery through the learning management system (LMS) and other platforms.
• Utilize data and feedback to continuously optimize content and curriculum.
• Partner cross-functionally to activate changes in product, process, systems, and tools.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of program management and content strategy.
• Ability to drive clarity on outcomes for enablement programs.
• Experience leveraging AI and technology like CRMs, LMS platforms, and eLearning software to measure performance.
• Must be residing in the United States.
