What you will do

• Conduct sales calls and outreach to prospective clients.
• Lead sales meetings and present tailored marketing solutions.
• Negotiate terms and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track activities in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand service lines (SEO, Social, Web).

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a "hunter" mindset.
• Ability to respond to all leads within 2 hours during your shift.
• Maintain at least 20 active prospects in your pipeline.
• Use internal time tracking system daily to log activities and progress.
• Submit weekly pipeline reports every Friday by 5 PM.
• High coachability, welcoming feedback and structured tracking.
