Location: Fully Remote within the EU (Lithuania preferred)

What you will do

Lead frontend development using React and Next.js.
Define and maintain frontend architecture, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams.
Ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability of applications.
Review code and mentor other frontend developers.

Requirements

5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
Experience designing scalable frontend solutions and working with CI/CD.
Solid understanding of API integrations and event-driven interfaces.
Fluent English (C1).

Nice to have

Experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management tools.
Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Background in fintech, high-security projects, or payment systems.
