What you will do

• Oversee hardware, software, and financial IT assets.
• Manage and continuously improve the CMDB within ServiceNow.
• Develop and enforce IT Asset Management strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Act as IT Capability Owner for Asset & Configuration Management, defining vision and roadmap.
• Support and backup IT Change Management, including CAB activities.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in an IT Service Management environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT Asset Management experience.
• Proven experience with ITIL Change Management.
• Experience in regulated, financial, or large enterprise IT environments.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner certification.
• CITAM / CSAM / Certified IT Asset Manager (or equivalent) certification.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• CHAMP (Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional) certification.
