What you will do
- Control and further develop compliance and data privacy management systems and documentation.
- Develop procedures for implementing regulatory requirements.
- Prepare risk analyses adhering to recognized principles.
- Monitor and evaluate legal and regulatory developments.
- Advise and support operational departments on compliance issues.
- Train employees on compliance-relevant topics and provide project support.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant in-house or consulting experience in (IT) compliance, (IT) audit, or privacy management.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in e-commerce, electronic payments, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of data protection laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in either legal, economic sciences or business informatics.
- Ability to apprehend complex issues and present them clearly.
- Ability to work well within diverse global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in a BaFin regulated field.
- Experience working with industry-specific local and international standards and regulations like PCI DSS, ISAE.
