What you will do

• Own implementation and ensure technical plans are executed.
• Drive team ownership and contribute to improving engineering processes.
• Ensure consistent delivery with high reliability and quality.
• Work closely with Product Managers to keep engineering execution-led as the company scales.
• Make the engineering team faster, more reliable, and more effective.
• Build a strong engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Requirements

• Hands-on engineering leader with strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.
• Experienced in leading Frontend, Backend, and Reliability teams.
• Excited to simplify complexity and turn ideas into clear, executable plans.
• Natural leader who inspires teams, attracts top talent, and raises standards.
• Extremely driven and hardworking.
• Must be fully present 5 days a week in the Berlin office.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with data pipelines.
