What you will do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and architectural alignment.
• Act as design authority for changes, conducting code/design reviews and championing Salesforce best practices.
• Oversee release management, defining and improving deployment standards using tools like Gearset Project Pipelines.
• Drive improvements in delivery processes across Design, Build, Test, and Release to increase reliability and speed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
• Strong background in enterprise-scale solution design and release management, including Gearset Project Pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Process-driven, organised, pragmatic, and calm under pressure, especially around releases.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence and lead across teams without direct management responsibility.
• Must have existing right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to attend the Bristol office for hybrid work and interviews.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Lightning, App Builder, Data Cloud, Agile delivery experience.
• Previous technical or delivery lead experience.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Administrator).
