Product Designer (UiUx Design)

TL;DR

Product Designer (UI/UX Design): Designing usable and scalable product experiences for the product team with an accent on user needs and innovative designs. Focus on user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs, as well as content structure for clarity and efficiency.

Location: Must be located in the Netherlands and able to work from the Amsterdam office on a regular basis, including mandatory office days.

What you will do

• Envision and design usable and scalable product experiences for the product team.
• Conduct or support research to understand user needs.
• Partner with product management and engineering leads to scope, plan, and de-risk product roadmap initiatives.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs.
• Structure content for clarity and efficiency.
• Measure and iterate designs based on data, user research and user feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams throughout iterative product development cycles.
• Outstanding ability to communicate your ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership through storytelling, visuals, and presentations.
• Strategic and intentional in design choices, integrating user, business, and technical considerations into the design process.
• Adept at making smart trade-offs with the ability to discern when to prioritize speed and when to focus on detail and quality.
• Self-motivated and autonomous, with a track record of prioritizing and executing projects to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Mastery of Figma, and experience working with and contributing to Design Systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accessibility and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Motion design with tools like Adobe After Effects, Rive, or LottieLab
