TL;DR

Lead Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing and enabling hirify.global's largest customers by serving as the primary point of contact for their post-sales technical and functional needs, utilizing strong technical acumen and in-depth product knowledge. Focus on driving product adoption, ensuring customers achieve full business value, and acting as a technical SME.

Location: Denver, CO, or remote with hybrid options available; must be based in the United States.

Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales technical and functional needs of top enterprise customers, utilizing strong technical acumen and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Act as a technical SME, understanding customer technical goals and objectives, and develop a trusted advisor relationship to drive product adoption and ensure full business value.
  • Ensure a deployment and adoption plan is in place, monitor adoption trends, and provide recommendations based on customer needs, risks, and strategy.
  • Develop expertise in hirify.global’s API capabilities to help customers augment UI-based functionality with script-based approaches.
  • Work with customers and hirify.global field teams to leverage the hirify.global Developer Platform to build support for SaaS applications.
  • Increase customer retention by assisting with regular health check meetings and strategic business reviews, and contribute to the renewal strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in customer success and/or technical account management in a SaaS organization, consulting, technical customer support, or sales engineering.
  • Experience working directly with large enterprise customers, Fortune 100 companies, and C-level executives.
  • SaaS security, Cloud security, Identity and Access Management, vulnerability management, or experience in other cybersecurity disciplines is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Python, Django, and/or other common developer frameworks to extract, transform, and load data through various API interfaces.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations monthly.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Zendesk is preferred.
