What you will do
- Align customer objectives with actionable success plans that drive efficiency, growth, and measurable outcomes through Brightspace adoption.
- Design and evolve customer success plans, ensuring strong alignment between customer goals, industry best practices, and the capabilities of the Brightspace platform.
- Drive value realization by applying knowledge of Brightspace, the education technology landscape, and customer workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Proactively assess customer health, identify risk, and influence corrective actions to increase engagement and reduce churn.
- Drive customer communication and engagement focused on outcomes and value, collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Success Manager.
- Act as a connector between customers and hirify.global teams, ensuring customer insights inform roadmap priorities and service improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in Ed-Tech or interest in Ed-tech would be an asset.
- Expertise in product and platform adoption, leveraging technical knowledge to guide customers.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong interest in experimenting with emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
