What you will do
- Own and deliver high-impact initiatives across the Payee FX and International domains to drive growth and innovation.
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams across the UK, EU, and Canada to align on product needs.
- Collaborate with global Product and Engineering teams to design scalable, compliant solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, product enhancements, and FX revenue growth.
- Act as the glue between technical and commercial teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution.
- Define and drive the product roadmap, write clear specifications, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B technology companies, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Experience in fintech, ideally in payment infrastructure, financial automation, or FX/currency conversion is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and align diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using data to inform strategy and measure success.
- Ability to operate autonomously, balancing multiple high-visibility projects.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with global teams across time zones and functions.
