What you will do

• Ensure accurate test results from the hirify.global Agent test framework.
• Produce automated CI analytics to quantify business impact and surface bottlenecks.
• Implement a curated testing strategy, manage flaky tests, and maintain an up-to-date support matrix.
• Promote container-based builds and standardized tooling in the hirify.global Agent CI.
• Ensure proper access controls, secret management, dependency security checks, and software supply chain security.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate well in written and spoken form.
• Good understanding of working in a distributed team.
• Security-minded and meticulous.
• Demonstrated ability in Golang with focus on build and test processes for complex projects.
• Experience with Buildkite, especially on complex cross-platform test and deployment pipelines.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.
