What you will do
- Drive customer activation by ensuring successful onboarding and monthly active usage.
- Generate revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining strong MRR performance.
- Build lasting client relationships as the main point of contact for your Italian portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and share market insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a digital/tech environment (fintech/SaaS preferred).
- Customer-focused and consultative approach, prioritizing client needs.
- Autonomous and organized, able to efficiently manage multiple targets (retention, activation, revenue).
- Results-driven, motivated by achieving clear KPIs (MAC, MRR).
- Perfect written and oral Italian (fluent) and a good level of English.
- This position is based in Milan, Italy (3 days at the office, 2 days remote).
