What you will do

• Coordinate release activities and deliveries within established frameworks for Battlefield titles.
• Identify and help mitigate risks before they impact releases.
• Support legacy titles to maintain a high-quality player experience.
• Maintain and refine ad-hoc release request processes and daily operations.
• Manage the release knowledge repository and reporting.
• Collaborate across time zones with Release Managers in North America.
• Provide insights and feedback on release status and quality.
• Support event and engagement programs, including tournaments and review events.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in game live operations or similar roles.
• Collaboration and communication experience across disciplines.
• Understanding of execution and adherence to schedules.
• Basic knowledge with Atlassian Suite, Google applications, and Airtable.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with releasing software on Sony and Microsoft platforms and Steamworks.
